DAY 1: HO CHI MINH –  CA MAU 

6:00: Pick up guests at Ho Chi Minh city and transfer to Ca Mau province. (8hours)

We have lunch on the way.

Arrived Ca Mau province, we check-in hotel.

Ca Mau – the southernmost land of  Vietnam – remains one of the country’s most untouched and wild regions. Its vast mangrove forests, estuaries, and intricate network of waterways create an ideal habitat for powerful predatory fish, making it a dream destination for professional anglers.

 

 

DAY 2: EPIC BARRAMUNDI ADVENTURE & AUTHENTIC COASTAL IMMERSION IN SONG DOC, CA MAU PROVINCE.

• Depart Ca Mau to Song Doc, Ca Mau province (2 hours). Near the southernmost point of Vietnam, the lifestyle is distinctly that of coastal fishermen.
• Begin barramundi fishing in natural shrimp forests. Experience barramundi fishing in Vietnam’s natural shrimp forests. You’ll explore coastal shrimp ponds and estuaries where wild barramundi seek shelter – a natural environment that allows them to grow strong and reach impressive sizes. Understand local fisherman culture and daily life.
• At lunch try local food: tiger shrimp, mud crabs, grilled barramundi,… (Depending on what dishes are available that day.) Continue fishing.

• Dinner with coastal specialties and interactive time with local families.
• Overnight in Song Doc for an authentic riverside experience and stay at local house

 DAY 3: BARRAMUNDI/ SNAKEHEAD ADVENTURE. (Ca Mau – Can Tho)

·      Continue barramundi fishing session – ideal time for active feeding. Improve skills: lure retrieval, tide reading, fighting strong fish.

·      13:00 Depart Song Doc to Can Tho city.

·     Arrive in Can Tho.

Dinner & Overnight in Can Tho.

DAY 4: CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY

Option 1:

• At 05:30 our local tour guide will pick you up at your accommodation and then keep going to Cai Rang floating market by sampan. It takes you about 45 minutes to reach the destination – the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta.
• Arriving at the floating market, you will see plenty of boats and how the locals trade fruits and vegetables beautifully.
• It is a great experience to try food and drink local coffee on the boat like the locals in the Can Tho
• 07:30  Return resort. Having breakfast and relax.

• 11:00: Check-out resort. Visit Binh Thuy acient house.
• 12:30: Depart for HCM City. End of tour and see you next time!!
